We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information responsibly and transparently.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information when you visit the Anew Space website, purchase our products, create or use an Anew Space account, use the Anew Space platform or otherwise interact with us.

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with Anew Space.

For example, information about a purchase may be received from our ecommerce systems so that we can determine which Anew Space content your account is entitled to access.

Purchases may be processed through third-party ecommerce and payment providers, including Shopify and its associated payment services.

We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card details. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

We may receive transaction information necessary to administer your purchase, such as your name, email address, order details, product purchased, transaction status and order identifiers.

The Anew Space platform may allow you to create, save or upload information associated with your renovation or design project.

This may include moodboards, material selections, palettes, specifications, favourites, project information, images and other content.

We use this information to provide the platform functionality you request and to maintain your project within your account.

You should avoid uploading information or images containing personal information about another person unless you have their permission to do so.

7. Analytics, cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website and platform, remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand platform usage, measure performance and improve Anew Space.

These technologies may collect information such as:

• pages or screens viewed;
• interactions with platform features;

• approximate location derived from technical information; and

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to help us understand how people use and interact with the Anew Space website and platform so we can improve our products and user experience. Clarity may collect information about interactions such as pages or screens viewed, clicks, scrolling and navigation, and may use cookies and similar technologies to provide session recordings, heatmaps and usage analytics. We configure Clarity to mask sensitive and user-entered information where appropriate. Information collected through Microsoft Clarity is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Where required, we will provide appropriate information or choices concerning non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

8. When we disclose personal information

We may disclose personal information to third parties where reasonably necessary to operate Anew Space.

These may include providers that assist us with:

• ecommerce and order processing;

Our technology environment includes third-party services such as Shopify, Sanity and other infrastructure used to operate the Anew Space website and application.

Some information may need to be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legitimate purposes.

Deleting an account may permanently remove access to information, projects, moodboards, specifications, uploads and other content associated with that account.

14. Third-party websites and suppliers

Anew Space contains links to third-party websites, including suppliers and other businesses featured in our materials and design content.

If you follow a link to a third-party website, that organisation may collect information from you independently of Anew Space.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information to them.

15. Children

Anew Space is not designed primarily for children.

If you are under the age at which you can independently consent to the relevant use of your personal information or enter into transactions under applicable law, you should use Anew Space only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
